A)
1) RUSSIAN AVIATION KEROSENE COLONIAL GRADE (JET A1 FUEL)
2) RUSSIAN AVIATION KEROSENE COLONIAL GRADE JP*4 
3) NIGERIAN BLCO (BONNY LIGHT CRUDE OIL)
1,**0,**0 bbls. SPOT and 1,**0,**0 BBLS X *2 months (+/**0%) for each product

DIP & PAY FOB PROCEDURE ROTTERDAM PORT, NETHERLANDS OR HOUSTON, TEXAS PORT, UNITED STATES:
1. Seller issues SCO/FCO along with a Commercial Invoice (C.I) and banking details.
2. Buyer issues ICPO with banking details.
3. Buyer returns to Seller CI with Letter of Acceptance/LOI.
4. Seller pays Buyer's Tank Storage Company for Two (2) days. After confirmation of the payment from Buyers Tank farm , Buyer pays for Five (5) days to complete the Seven(7) days TSR, and send to Seller.
5. After confirmation and verification of the TSA/TSR, Seller invites Buyer to carry out DTA process and also Seller  making available POP and other supporting documents.
6. Seller issues to Buyer the NOR (Notice of Readiness) and injection schedule to commence the injection of the product.
7. Seller commences with the injection of the first month shipment Quantity from the Refinery Storage Reservoir through the Pipeline into the lease storage tank in port of loading or tank to tank. 
NB: If the injection process exceeds the agreed days buyer shall complete the payment of outstanding days to  enable the conclusion of the injection, this usually depends on the tank location.
8. Upon the completion of the injection, Buyer inspects product with SGS Agent, Seller issues Authority to Sell and  Collect/ ATSC to Buyer.
9. After Buyer Successful Q and Q Dip Test on the product, Buyer makes the payment for the Total Value of the Product injected into The Tanks 
Through the means of MT **3 TT.
*0. Upon Seller Receiving the Payment for the Product from the Buyer, Seller issues to Buyer the Title Ownership of the product and all 
Exportation Documents of the product.
*1. Buyer lifts the product with its vessel tanker.
*2. Seller pays all Intermediaries Involved in the transaction and send SPA to buyer for 1 year subsequently monthly shipments continue as per 
terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.


B)
DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS SALE:
 JET A1 & JP*4 FOR SALE/IMMEDIATE DISPOSAL AT GOOD DISCOUNTED PRICES
{Two (2) million barrels of Jet A*1  AND One (1) million barrels of JP*4}
 WE HAVE A SELLER FROM  RUSSIA FEDERATION that has two (2) distressed products from that are currently in a TANK STORAGE FACILITY in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
The current Buyer paid for the Tanks but did not pay or was un-able to pay for the products, so we need to sell the products out of the Tanks.
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE STORAGE TANKS:
1. One (1) million barrels of Jet A*1       =  Tank  Storage 1
2. One (1) million barrels of JP*4           =  Tank  Storage 2
3. One (1) million barrels of Jet A*1        =  Tank  Storage 3
The arrangement with the Refinery / Title Owner is to sell each of the products at US$*9.*0 per barrel + the demurrage charges + new TSA/STR's for the two (2) products at the TANK STORAGE FACILITY in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
